SHOPPING INFORMATION

Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

On average, it takes 3-4 business days with the Economy Service, 2-3 business days with Standard Service and 1-2 business days with Express Service.

  1. Once we receive your order submission, we have to authenticate your payment.
  2. When we are happy that the payment has reflected, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been processed.
  3. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email informing you of this. We will inform you of postage with a tracking number you can follow.
  4. Your package arrives and you fall absolutely in love with your new Device/Gadget!

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your My Account” section

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Typically, a payment can take anywhere from 24 hours up to three days to process the payment. The reason for this time is because the transaction process goes through a number of steps to get from one bank account to another.

A wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER‘ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order‘. 

Track your Order or Shipment. Enter your AWB number or Order ID to track the status of your order. You can find the AWB number and Order ID in the Email/SMS.
